This entry-level two day training course provides the subject matter expert with a workflow of tasks to follow in order to successfully implement a business process testing solution in a Quality Center environment. Fundamental concepts, terminology and best practices will be presented. These basic concepts and procedures are reinforced by review questions and hands-on labs.
